Meet Garrett Harris
1 – How long have you been with Richardson Healthcare?
I have been with Richardson for three years. I started in 2018.
2 – What do you like most about working for Richardson?
Our healthcare division is amazing, I enjoy everyone I work with. My favorite part is how my team members and managers feel like family. I have made lifelong friendships while a part of this team.
3 – Favorite customer success story (after-hours)?
I once supported Marvel Studios on an Aquilion Prime tech support need. The onsite engineer was a studio engineer specializing in electrical engineering. He needed the scanner to light up for production without actually being fully wired. Our engineering team had great fun with this unique support opportunity.
4 – What is the question you get asked the most from your customers?
Part compatibility is a reoccurring question. Toshiba/Canon constantly modifies part numbers and adds revisions. As changes are made, it is not easy for the field engineers to know which part they need. With our in-depth parts database and multiple working test bays, we can provide immediate answers that other vendors cannot
14 – What is one thing you want people interested in RHC to know about our company?
Richardson Electronics feels very much like a big family. Everyone is accessible and support each other across all divisions.
