Meet Dean Clark

1 – How long have you been with Richardson Healthcare?
I have been with the IMES/Richardson team for over 10 years.

2 – What are your hobbies/interests?
Watching my kids play baseball, football, fishing, and vacationing with the family.

3 – What do you like most about working for Richardson?
Knowing that we have the ability to affect patient care and well-being. Early on I learned that EVERYTHING you do when dealing with customers has an impact on not only your company, their company, etc. but families that are needing services to get the best care available.

4 -Where/What is your dream vacation?
I would love to go back to Turks and Caicos, St. Lucia, and the Bahamas. Hawaii is on my list as well.

5 – Favorite customer success story? (after-hours)
We had a customer with a down CT at an ED and they were really in a bind. Our team was able to provide them with tech support and narrow down the problem. We sent them a hero kit and were able to get parts on-site by 7 am the next morning using our courier service who drove overnight. The site was back up within 12 hours of placing the call to us.

6 – What’s been one of your proudest moments working at Richardson Healthcare?
Receiving the Florence Richardson Award and selling our first ALTA750 tube.

7 – Fill in the blank: I once met…Former Alabama and NFL Player, Roman Harper // UNC Tarheel and current MLB Pitcher, Andrew Miller

8 – If you could pick one superpower, what would it be?
Time travel

9 – What are five words (or less) of advice for others in your profession?
Customer Experience, Perseverance, Trust, Honesty, and Dedication

10 – If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet? Mickey Mantle or Derek Jeter

11 – What three traits define you?
Dedication, Loyalty, and Caring

12 – What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
Spend time being a kid – you’ll be older soon enough, don’t procrastinate – it will make things a lot easier in the long run

13 – What is the question you get asked the most from your customers?
What’s the fastest way to get this to the site?

14 – What is one thing you want people interested in RHC to know about our company?
We pride ourselves on providing solutions, building long-term relationships, and treating our customers with the urgency we would want our family members to get when seeking care.
